Catherine is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience steering global organisations to success. As CEO and Board Director of Fintua, she has consistently delivered exceptional results, while driving significant revenue growth, spearheading strategic transformations and optimising operations across diverse international markets.

A dynamic and visionary leader, Catherine brings a wealth of expertise in international sales, negotiation, business development, marketing and operations. Her passion lies in cultivating high-performing teams, fostering innovation and guiding with a clear strategic vision and purpose. Adept at building strong commercial functions and aligning organisational vision with measurable outcomes, Catherine is committed to delivering sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Edward Furlong

Edward is a highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of experience in taxation, financial reporting and strategic financial planning. With a strong academic foundation in Accounting and Taxation, he has held senior finance roles across the technology sector, consistently driving performance and operational excellence.

In his role as CFO at Fintua, Edward leads the company’s financial operations, compliance, and risk management functions. He is committed to ensuring financial stability while supporting long-term, sustainable growth. A key priority for Edward is the strategic use of technology to optimise financial processes and improve overall business efficiency.

Karl Nolan

Karl has proven experience at a senior executive level across the international financial services industry. His previous experience includes Chief Operating Officer roles within Generali and with Aegon Ireland, and more recently, serving as CEO of Generali Link, providing shared services across global jurisdictions through its Irish-based Centre of Excellence. Karl has established new businesses and also refocused existing businesses to provide industry-leading products and services to their individual and corporate clients across the globe with all the challenges that entails – regulatory, product, service, operational, risk, people & culture.

Lisa Dowling

Specialising in International VAT Compliance and Reclaim solutions, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and insight in her dealings with a host of international clients ranging from start-ups through to multinationals. With 21 years VAT experience behind her, Lisa has managed VAT Compliance issues and recovery solutions globally for Fintua for over 11 years. Fintua has 12,000 + corporate clients in over 109 countries and many of these are members of the Fortune 500.

Eamon works across the entire organisation to help identify, share and implement the best ideas. As a technology guru and evangelist, he researches and explores new technologies to continually innovate and delight our customers. Eamon has shaped the business across various concepts, including implementing industry-leading machine learning, artificial intelligence to achieve a fully automated VAT  solution.

Joe Healy has over 20 years experience supporting clients ranging from start-ups to multinationals. Joe has driven strategy, solution development, business development and Partner integration at Fintua for over 14 years and during his tenure has become the dominant global VAT technology and services provider in the market. Fintua has 12,000 + corporate clients in 109 countries and many of these are members of the Fortune 500. Joe is responsible for developing businesses globally to ensure business growth, working closely with colleagues, clients and business partners (suppliers, subcontractors, JV partners, technology providers, etc.). Joe continues to build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers as well as new business and project partners.
