August 2022 VAT Changes in Belgium
Belgium have announced the below VAT rate changes:
Electricity
6% rate (previously 21%) for the period of 1 March 2022 until 31 December 2022.
Natural Gas and Heating
An extension of the 6% rate (previously 21%) for the period of 1 August 2022 until 31 December 2022.
August 2022 VAT Changes in Romania
The VAT rate for accommodation and restaurant meals will increase to 9% from 1 January 2023.
